Before the start of any project, or the maintenance of any BCM program, the Organization BCM Coordinator needs to ensure that the phases within the planning methodology is succinctly implemented to meet the organization’s BCM effort. It provides a step-by-step introduction of each phase of the BCM planning methodology and its details. The intent in the following dialogue is to briefly explain the BCM planning process.
