Developing and conducting effective tests and exercises is a necessary and key element in Business Continuity Management (BCM) program management. BC project managers and coordinators are required carry out the tasks in these stages. This course will empower the participants with the knowledge and skills needed to develop test-exercise programs; execute the tests; then, update the BC/Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.
