WSQ-BCM-320: Developing Business Continuity Strategies and Plans

Description

This course would teach participants how to apply the facilitation techniques to support the development of organisational business continuity strategies and interpreting the strategies, assisting to develop business continuity plans, as well as recommending refinements to the developed strategies and plans in consultation with relevant stakeholders.

Duration
1 day (Half day assessment for Singapore classes is needed to obtain the Statement of Attainment (SOA) from the Workforce Development Agency (WDA))

• Facilitate the development of business continuity strategies and plans.

Pre Requisite

• None but if participant would like to apply for the Business Continuity Certified Planner (BCCP) certification; participant would need to complete BCM-310: Assessing Risk and Business Impact Requirements and BCM-330: Testing and Exercising Business Continuity Plans and pay SGD125 for the 1.5hr Qualifying BCCP examination
